Located at the blue flag, Inchydoney beach in Clonakilty, the West Cork Surf School, is the first established Surf School in Cork and are recognised by the Irish Surfing Association (ISA). They run lessons all year round and are open seven days a week throughout the summer. During the winter months they cater for individuals and small/large groups on Saturdays and Sundays and large groups (8+) during the week. A day out at the lagoon activity centre is a fun day for everyone. For July & August, this is home to Ireland's largest floating Water Park with trampolines, slides, monkey bars & climbing walls. You can rent a paddle-boat, row-boat or kayak – they cater for all ages safely. The lagoon is an ideal place to start boating, we will take you through the basics of boating and safety, they will supply life-jackets and have a safety boat on hand at all times.
